Silence, Quieting the Fear Ritual

This is a wonderful tool and it’s pretty simple:

  • When you become aware that your fear mind has taken over

    - at that moment of awareness -

  • Ask your mind to help you

    • To stop and listen to as many sounds as you can hear - as you do that you give the mind something to do - and you bring yourself fully back into the present moment and you feel, hear and see it's beauty

    • You can send thanks to your mind for helping you to hear all the sounds and bring you out of fear mode.

    • The mind in this way becomes your friend and ally! Sounds can only be heard in the present moment

    • Enjoy the exercise - it shifts you from fear to love.
