This is a wonderful tool and it’s pretty simple:
When you become aware that your fear mind has taken over
- at that moment of awareness -
Ask your mind to help you
To stop and listen to as many sounds as you can hear - as you do that you give the mind something to do - and you bring yourself fully back into the present moment and you feel, hear and see it's beauty
You can send thanks to your mind for helping you to hear all the sounds and bring you out of fear mode.
The mind in this way becomes your friend and ally! Sounds can only be heard in the present moment
